During my recent stay at Hotel Sierra Linda, I was charmed by its prime location and friendly staff, who truly went out of their way to assist us. Our room was spacious and breezy, complete with a lovely balcony that offered delightful views-perfect for morning yoga sessions and sipping my coffee. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing escape, ideal after a long day exploring the beautiful surroundings of Xilitla. Our experience was somewhat marred by the communication issues with the manager, which led to a frustrating first night where we struggled to secure our room. Thankfully, the staff quickly provided us with an alternative, but it put a damper on what should have been a seamless getaway. While the amenities were lovely and we appreciated the nearby parking and breakfast options, I would highlight the need for management to step up their game. It's hard to recommend the place wholeheartedly with those communication hurdles lingering. In the end, I left feeling rejuvenated by the surroundings but slightly disappointed in the service. 🍃💚.
